We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that boots must be returned in their original box and show no signs of outdoor wear or scuffing on the soles.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your items sooner. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
How do I ensure I am ordering the correct boot size?
Western boots often fit differently than standard athletic shoes. We recommend checking our detailed size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing down a half size for most western brands.
Do you offer professional hat shaping and cleaning?
Yes, many of our retail locations offer professional felt and straw hat shaping. For online orders, hats are shipped in their original manufactured shape. Please visit one of our stores for custom steam shaping and fitting.
